QEC was proud to both supply and install this PEMB sitting at 120,000 square feet of brand new warehousing space for the BART(Bay Area Rapid Transit) Corporate Yard. QEC worked with AECOM and Clark Construction as part of this game-changer of a project for the BART Maintenance and Operations Teams.

The new main building houses three overhead cranes, a wheel truing machine, a drop table, stores, employee common areas, and administrative offices.

QEC's in-house capabilities to manage hybrid structures- composed of structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings really showed through here. This is a classic example of teamwork and dedication working hand-in-hand.
