Miscellaneous: QEC handled the design-build scope in its entirety of both these PEMB's, from rough schematic conception all the way through to build-out. Our team worked directly with the GC, architect, and engineer of record to find reasonable solutions for the owner to keep these bldgs on time and within our original budgets. We were honored to work with such esteemed colleagues on this high-profile client build out.
