Well over 20 years ago, QEC owner Jesse Esquivel told Bruce that one day he would be part of his QEC team and he held true to his word. As  and Estimator and Project Manager for QEC, Bruce supervises and coordinates estimates and makes sure that they meet the highest standards, that they are cost-effective and never compromise safety. He works closely with the general contractors, project managers, our superintendent and safety department to make certain each project, from inception to final walkthrough, meets QEC Standards of Excellence requirements. QEC’s attention to detail is not just part of our motto, it is who we are, and Bruce’s skill set is an exact fit for our high standards.

Bruce is a loyal Oakland Raider Fan and an avid cyclist. He also enjoys spending his off time with his family which includes his wife Cheryl and his blood hound Jake. Bruce and Cheryl are currently planning for the future and looking forward to their retirement in the beautiful Hawaiian Islands.
